Since 1994 he worked as a carrier diplomat mainly at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic at European Communities in Brussels, where he managed the industrial policy department. He was directly responsible for the sphere of economic competition, state assistance, public contracts, transport, telecommunication, power engineering and information technologies. As a diplomat of the Permanent Mission he participated in negotiations of the delegation of the Czech Republic on the Agreement to Accession to European Union. He ended his diplomatic career as the ambassadorial councillor.

After leaving the diplomatic services in 1999 he joined the Belgium consulting company, where he later became one of the founders and partners of the Czech branch Interel and worked as its Managing Director until the end of the year 2009.

In January 2010, he founded the EPA Consulting, s.r.o. based in Prague.

Karel Firla is accredited lobbyist at the European Parliament and member of the Association of Professionals in Public Affairs (SEAP).

European Public Affairs Specialist

Ema Geigerová is specialist in the field of European Public Affairs. She provides monitoring of the legislative procedure, especially in the transport sector. She is also experienced in providing cooperatin in criminal matters at the european level.

Ema Geigerová worked as official at the Ministry of Justice during the Czech Presidency of the Council of the EU.

Ema Geigerová graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

Consultant for infrastructure industries

Zdeněk Andrlík, Ph.D. graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He passed a part of his Ph.D. studies at Universidad Polotecnica de Valencia, Spain.

He has been directly involved in the energy industry since 1999. His main professional interest is linked to the economic and legal aspects of further liberalization of the energy markets. He is also well experienced in mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the field of renewables.
